These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.motor-god.com and to every purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. This store is operated by HBG Distribution Inc. ("HBG," "we" and "us"). Motor God is a brand of HBG Distribution Inc.

Products and use

Motor God hardware (brake controllers, wiring harnesses, winches, chains, tire repair and air compressors) must be installed and used as described in its instructions and within its rated capacities. Check vehicle fitment before you order. BG Products are automotive chemicals classified as hazardous materials; read the label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use and keep them away from children. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse, overloading or use outside the product's instructions.

Orders, pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with a pricing or listing error, orders we suspect are fraudulent, or orders above a reasonable quantity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. All BG Products are final sale. BG Products ship by ground within the lower 48 states only.

Warranty

Any warranty on a product is the one stated on its product page or packaging. Except for that, products are sold as is, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including vehicle damage, lost time or lost income.

You agree to give accurate information when you order. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Motor God name, logo, images and text on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. BG and its product names are trademarks of BG Products, Inc.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
