Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returnable items - 30 days

Motor God hardware (brake controllers, wiring harnesses, winches, tow and safety chains, tire repair kits and plugs, and air compressors) can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new and unused (not installed, mounted or used) and in the original packaging with all parts, manuals and accessories.
  • The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.

BG Products - hazardous materials, final sale

All BG Products are classified as hazardous materials (hazmat) for shipping and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Hazmat items require special handling and are restricted by shipping carriers, and once a chemical product leaves our facility we cannot verify its condition or safely resell it. This includes:

  • BG MOA Engine Oil Supplement (PN 115)
  • BG EPR Engine Performance Restoration (PN 109)
  • BG Platinum 44K Fuel System Cleaner (PN 208) and BG 44K bottle (PN 20811)
  • BG 245 Premium Diesel Fuel System Cleaner
  • BG Frigi-Fresh A/C Evaporator Cleaner (PN 708)
  • All BG kits, multi-packs and combos that include these products

Please do not ship BG products back to us. We will refuse or dispose of any hazmat items sent back, and no refund will be issued.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If a Motor God hardware item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange the return and cover the shipping. All BG products are final sale.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our Contact Us page with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first; unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days. Items that are used, installed, incomplete or missing original packaging may be refused or sent back to you.
